One time I rode an escalator with John Cleese.

I’m not very demure or fashionable, and I’m far too much of a cynic, but I like 80’s movies and I like cats. The only coke I do is Diet. Sometimes the Midwest gets the best of me, and I just need to get out in the trees and water and air. I’d always rather be outside.

Even though my bagel addiction and South Floridian roots suggest Jewish heritage, I’m not religious. I like Legos and Star Wars and Doctor Who and The Most Interesting Man In The World.

I play the violin. I enjoy obscure references to classic music, literature and art.

When I can’t find a Diet Coke, I drink Arnold Palmers, and I adore Cameron Frye. I wear too much black, and I read too much Shakespeare. My mom was an extra in Caddyshack.

Doctor Who Challenge Day 13: Favorite Theme Song

This is probably the day I had the most trouble deciding. I mean, I love the original OOO-WEEE-OOOO of the 1963 series. I love some of the standout tracks, the instantly recognizable anthems of Rose’s Theme or the David Tennant theme. But there’s something so striking and so wonderful about Murray Gold’s “I Am The Doctor.” Sometimes I just put it on and close my eyes and suddenly, nothing I do is boring.
